Day 01: Arequipa (City Tour and Santa Catalina)
AM. Arrival to the city of Arequipa. Reception and transfer to hotel.
PM. City tour visiting the Main Square, the Cathedral Church of the Jesuits, the colonial district of Yanahuara (the Lookout), the Barrio de San Lázaro, the Gorge and the residential area Chilina Selva Alegre. Then enter the Monastery of Santa Catalina, unique in South America, reopened to the public in 1970. Return to the hotel. Overnight in Arequipa.
Day 02: Arequipa (Volcán Misti)
AM. Breakfast. Transfer to the National Reserve of Aguada Blanca, north of the base at 3800 m Volcán Misti. Snm Start trekking to rise up to 4800m. Snm
PM. Stop for lunch and resumption of the walk (4 hours). Camp. Dinner in "Nido de Aguilas.
Day 03: Arequipa (Volcán Misti)
AM. Breakfast. 3 hours during ascent, rising to 5600 meters. Snm Arriving at the top, walk on to the impressive crater of Misti Cruz to 5825 m. Snm
PM. Descend to the base for lunch. Return to the hotel. Overnight in Arequipa.
Day 04: Arequipa
AM. Breakfast. At indicated time transfer to airport.
